Shane and his family moved from the outback to Bilpin, NSW over 10 years ago and set up Hillbilly Cider. Visit their rustic Hillbilly Cider shed in Bilpin to try the full range of locally made - internationally award-winning ciders, including ciders that are only available on site.

With log fires to cosy up to in the cooler months and a large grassed area overlooking the orchard to sprawl out on in the sunshine - this is a great destination for couples wanting to get out into the fresh air, families looking for space for their children to run around and of course, dogs are most welcome.
