Shangri-La Sydney revived the grand tradition of fine French cuisine from the early 20th century with its “Bonaparte Dinner” high in the Sydney sky, at Altitude.

This rare and unique dining experience was first staged at Shangri-La Hotel, Paris, Prince Roland Bonaparte’s former mansion. Guests savoured a sumptuous menu steeped in French history and created by celebrated Executive Chef Christophe Moret of two Michelin-starred L’Abeille at Shangri-La Hotel, Paris. Marrying the best of both Paris and Sydney, each course was created with the finest Australian produce and expertly paired with a selection of award-winning Australian wines selected by Altitude sommelier Matt Herod.
